This sprays on like watered down milk so unlike the cans of etch primer I used elsewhere that look like paint, all the overspray was barely noticeable, if at all. The thermal coat adhered very well. Only thing I would suggest is to wipe everything down with metho before applying, but that may or may not be neccesary. For the sake of a few dollars it put my mind at ease.

Product Description
Liquid Rubber DIY Sealer has been designed as a part of the Roof Restoration System to prime coated surfaces and enhance the adhesion of the Thermal Coating.
The correct application ensures maximum coverage of the surface coating.
Ensure that the Primer / Sealer is applied over a fully cured Waterproof Sealant and over the entire surface that will be coated with the Thermal Coating.

Allow any Waterproof Sealant to cure for at least 24 hours before applying this Sealer.
Disconnect downpipes prior to application and leave disconnected until rinsing either by water or heavy rain.
Wash the entire surface with water and allow to dry. Ensure the surface is free of any oils, minerals or loose materials before application.
DO NOT USE IF RAIN IS IMMINENT.
Stir thoroughly before use. Apply to painted surface by brush, roller or airless spray machine.
One coat @ 100 - 200 micron is sufficient, provided there is full coverage. Primer is ready for top coating after 2 – 4 hours @ 25°C.
Allow more time in cooler conditions. Use in a well ventilated area. Do not immerse

Use water if product is wet and solvents if product is dry.
Store in a cool dry place. Keep out of reach of children.
