At a recommended usage of 0.5-0.7L/m2 the products will cover:

Important - Before application, you need to ensure to apply a layer of Sealer / Primer on any surfaces including previously painted surfaces, or Etch Primer on any raw metal surfaces as well as over your cured Waterproof Sealant to promote adhesion for the application of the Thermal Coating.
- For best results, don't forget to apply a thicker layer of Thermal Coating over the previously primed Waterproof Sealant.
This is a water-based 100% acrylic Thermal Coating that can be brushed, rolled, or sprayed onto the following surfaces:
- Metal roof surfaces, including Colorbond
- Concrete and unglazed terracotta roof tiles
- Concrete tilt slab buildings
- Fibro cement sheeting
- Cement-rendered surfaces
- Brick and block construction
Designed to protect against Australia's harsh UV rays, Liquid Rubber DIY Thermal Coating is both UV resistant and heat reflective, further reducing heat inside structures and further increasing your energy efficiency.
By adding Liquid Rubber DIY's Thermal Coating, you can increase the performance and lifespan of your waterproof sealant and ensure shield your waterproofing against the elements.
APPLICATION - If applying in cooler temperatures, ONLY apply in the middle of the day to allow the product to fully cure. If rain is imminent, DO NOT apply Thermal Coating to the surface. Also if Thermal Coating colour white is selected please apply 4 very light coats during May till September and it will take longer to dry.
**NOTE** - Ensure to use Sealer/Primer or Etch Primer - Metal Surface prior to applying Thermal Coating to any surface.
WARNING!! - Product NOT to be immersed e.g. Water tanks, ponds, gutters, or any ponding water.

General Instruction
1. Best applied early morning or mid-afternoon in summer (avoid the intense sun when applying).
2. Because our products are water-based, you must avoid solvents like Petrols, thinners, diesel etc.
3. To avoid bubbling and non-curing, DO NOT apply products when there’s dew, cold wind or rain forecasted within 24 hours.
4. Allow 24h curing time before applying the next coat.
5. Curing time depends on temperature, humidity and airflow. Best 20°C or more. The typical curing time is 3-7 days.

Important:
Before applying the Thermal Coating, make sure to apply a layer of Sealer/Primer on all surfaces, including previously painted ones, or use an Etch Primer on raw metal surfaces. This will ensure proper adhesion.

The Thermal Coating and the Primer are cleaned with water and soap.
Remove any masking tape while the products are still slightly wet.
Use Solvents when the product is dry.
Store in a cool dry place. Keep out of reach of children. This product is a Non-flammable-liquid and does not present any storage or transportation hazards.
- With a proper appllication, the product will last 10+ Years.
- Make sure to use a Primer before applying the Thermal Coating.
