Step-By-Step Instructions

1. Wash/water-blast the entire surface.

2. Use a wet n dry vacuum to remove any remaining water.

3. Identify cracks, holes, corners or wall floor joins, then pre cut Geo-Textile to bridge the defects.

4. Apply Waterproof Sealant with brush, roller or LRDIY spray machine to cracks, holes, corners or wall floor joins before embedding the pre cut Geo-Textile - ensure you brush the air from underneath the applied Geo-Textile and make sure there are no crinkles. Refer to the full video below

5. Ensure to also apply Waterproof Sealant to pipe outlets and to above maximum waterline.

6. Recommended to use Rapid Cure Spray to instantly set the product and to assist to speed the job up (ensure Rapid Cure Spray is dry before apply second coat with brush or roller). Watch the rapid cure video to see how this is done.

7. Apply a first coat of Waterproof Sealant to the entire water feature surface area.

8. Apply a second coat of Waterproof Sealant to the entire water feature surface area. Recommended to have a 1.5mm-2mm dry-film thickness (2 ltrs./sq. metre).

9. IMPORTANT -  Before filling water feature back up with water, Waterproof Sealant must be cured 7-10 days minimum or as long as possible - longer during cold weather.

NOTE: When Waterproof Sealant is immersed in water, the product will be slightly brown in colour, when dry product is black in colour.

5. Apply a first coat of Waterproof Sealant with brush, roller or LRDIY spray machine to holes, cracks, seams, corners, roofing screws, gaps, protrusions or over top of Seam Tape (if applied) before embedding the pre cut Geo-Textile - ensure you brush the air from underneath the applied Geo-Textile and make sure there are no crinkles. Refer to the full video below

6. Screws don’t need Geo-Textile,  just a nice blob from your index finger with a glove on followed by Rapid Cure Spray.

Refer to this video.

7. Following the Waterproof Sealant application, instantly spray on Rapid Cure Spray to set product incase of approaching rain or to speed the job up (ensure Rapid Cure Spray is dry before apply second coat with brush or roller). Watch the rapid cure video to see how this is done.

8. Apply a second coat of Waterproof Sealant to the above defected areas - more coats can be applied.

9. Recommended thickness 1.5mm dry-film (2 ltrs./sq. metre).

10. IMPORTANT - Waterproof Sealant must be cured - 24hours per 1mm minimum, longer during cold weather, usually weekend or 2-3 days is ideal.

11. Once cured, wash surface again for any dirt or nature that may have landed on roof surface.

12. Apply Sealer (if previously painted) or Etch Primer (if raw metal) to entire surface.

13. Once dry, apply Thermal Coating to entire surface - 3 coats over Waterproof Sealant or 2 coats minimum over primed metal surface.

PN: During May till Early September select Shale Grey instead of White as it will not cure.
